Policies

Reservation Policy
To secure a reservation, we require a booking deposit equal to 50% of first month’s rent. Booking deposits can be made by Visa, MasterCard, bank draft, money order or wire transfer. Balance of first month’s rent, plus a one-time checkout fee ($45) due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you have booked a suite and would like to cancel or shorten your committed arrangement, we require a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Deposits and/or rent obligations are non-refundable if less than 30 days’ notice is provided. Please keep this in mind before you book your suite and also during your stay.

Security Deposit
A security deposit is required to cover costs in the event of any damage to your suite, or if you fail to meet your rent obligations during your committed stay. Either a signed imprint of your credit card or a cash deposit equal to 50% of one month’s rent will be required.

Arrival and Departure. Check in at 4:00pm. Check out at 12:00pm.
